The Runabout Sumida dropped out of warp at the last known position of the Starship Wayfarer. There seemed to be a huge rift in space in front of them. Purple in hue and colour, it swirled and danced in the vast void of space. Something was caught in the middle, a black silhouette that resembled that of an Intrepid Class Starship.

"Bringing us to a full stop" Akeno said simply as the runabout smoothly glided to a halt. She could see the shape of the Wayfarer caught in the strange anomaly. "Well, I know she wasn't destroyed. So the rest of the crew must be trapped in there, or maybe in some sort of mirrored dimension" she pondered.

"Open a channel, direct it at the Anomaly" she ordered.

Lee gets on it. At least the communication and tactical panel are close together. He wasn't one for Runabouts but he's making due with what limited experience he has. PADD experience is one thing, like he went by at the Academy six years ago. Actual experience is what he is clearly lacking and it's showing with how the panel layouts are different.

Finally after a few long moments, he finally has it aimed at the anomaly. " Directed at the anomaly, ma'am. All yours."

"Commander Akeno Misaki to any member of the Wayfarer crew. If you are picking up this transmission, match its carrier wave and please respond" she said, she was hoping that someone on the other end would pick it up.

Zoey sat in the Captain's chair while LTJG Tyler sat down at the main science station on the bridge. Zoey looked over at him. "Okay, Mr th'Vhela bring the Anti-grav thrusters and the impulse drive online, Helm take us up" Tyler and the Helm officer nodded then Akeno voiced chimed, in everyone in Timeline B stopped to listen. "Delay all previous order adjust our carrier way," Zoey ordered.

Tyler slaved away at the console he wasn't a science officer he only recently became a senior officer tapping madly away at the console he finally said. "Done."

Zoey nodded to him as to say good work kiddo she took a breath in and out twice there were so many problems with this. "Perkins here, glad to hear ya." She said glowing with happiness and a smile on her face.

"Same here Commander" Akeno replied. "I'm guessing that you're in some sort of other reality?" she asked.

"Correct." Answer Zoey. "Warp Drive was offline Tyvok fixed it and engaging at warp speed we ended up in other reality we are in the Dominion war is still raging on and we're losing. I've released Tyvok from all duty and replaced him."

Akeno pondered for a few moments. The war had ended that she knew of over a year ago now.

Dampfish said, quietly, "Commander, we are not in our reality as identified by the recorded PADD data. This Wayfarer is also not in our reality due to the Dominion war. How many other realities are included in this event? Which reality is our original one? Is this *our* Wayfarer?"

"Commander. We need to collapse this anomaly" Akeno said simply. "Are you in a position to fire a feedback pulse wave? Hopefully if my Science is correct it should create a feeback loop, collapse the anomaly and return us all to the normal 'real' reality" she explained.

"We had the same idea," Zoey said. "We're going to keep the channel open." Zoey relaxed into the Captain's chair looking at Tyler she smiled then said. "Again bring the Anti-grav thrusters and the thrusters impulse drive online, Helm take us up." Tyler did what he was ordered he had to leave the Science station for the Engineering station. While the Helm officer took us up.

When the ship was in space Zoey ordered. "Helm your relived." The helm was puzzled at first but stood up and walked away from the controls Zoey got up and took the conn. "Engaging Impulse engines to maximum plotting a course to exit the astroid field. 40 minutes had past and the Wayfarer had exited the asteroid field.

"Commander Misaki we're ready to initiate feedback pulse," Zoey said tapping away at the helm

Akeno looked over at the officers with her. "Ready?" She asked.

Lee looks to Akeno, " May I remind you that if this fails, it's yer ass, not mine if this fails? Even if it is another reality and not ours." he says with a grin as he clearly is afraid of messing up his Starfleet Career. It's already difficult enough to get promote from Ensign to something else after six years. Don't need something to tarnish it more.

Akeno sighed. "Ensign. There's much more on the line for me than you" she reminded him. "Plus it comes with the responsibilities of command" she dropped her voice to a kinder more softer tone. "Oh and, you know, you don't need to question everything I do you know..."

The hulking heavyset human grins. " This is the only time I can make jabs at my commanding officer while on duty. Can't blame me for not taking the chance to do such before I go all gung ho drill and ceremony Ensign." he says with a chuckle then braces for impact posture, " Today is a good day to die." he says like a klingon then looks around, " Or whatever that line is in Hamlet"

"Commander" Akeno said. "Initiate feedback pulse on my mark" she said. The runabouts reflector powered up. "Three, two, one. Mark!"

Zoey didn't replied she looked at Tyler and said. "Ready." Holding her index and middle finger in the air. When the mark was sounded her fingers dropped.

"Engaging feedback pulse," Tyler said.

There was a bright flash of blinding light before a few seconds pause.

Akeno opened her eyes. She was standing on the bridge of the Wayfarer, still dressed in her civilian clothes she had worn in her escape. She looked to her left to see Zoey stood there.

"I think we did it" she said. "Run a check of all ships systems"

Zoey stood up from the Captain's seat and made her way towards the main tactical station. Tapping away at the console she said. "All systems normal."

"Are all the crew accounted for?" She asked next.

"Aye." Zoey said looking down at the screen.

Akeno paused for a few seconds. "Have all decks check in. Locate Captain Sprague and set a course for Earth" she glanced over at the ready room. "I'm going to get changed"

"Mr Sprague is in the transporter room... All decks report status normal and all crewmen have returned." Zoey said exting the booth. Glacing at Akeno while she exited. "Helm plot a course for Earth Warp 6."

The Wayfarer turned in space before jumping to warp, en route back to Earth.
