Sprague had a suitcase under each arm, another around his neck, and still another attached with a rope. He was ready for retirement! No more Star Fleet meant to no more reports, no more treacherous villains, and most importantly, no more phaser blasts.

He could limit all of his space travel to star cruises from now on. All he had to do was survive one more trip to Earth on the Wayfarer... and just his luck, the Wayfarer was here a few days early.

Sprague took one final look at his starbase quarters before leaving for good. He noticed the PADD that Lt. Dampfish had dropped back off. He also noticed that he had an incoming message.

"Not my problem! I'm retired!" he said as he left the PADD where it was. He turned toward the door and exited for the last time.
