Mission: Section 57 and a Third
Location: Reality C

Akeno stood on the upper level of the Promenade watching people pass by. She remembered the Wayfarer. She remembered trying to get the Captains cooperation with no avail. She also remembered the bridge crew, so why was she standing here?

She couldn't put her finger on it. She couldn't quite work it out. There was something wrong, this didn't feel right.

Sge began to walk, the command variant jacket swishing as she walked. She needed a place to think about it. She needed somewhere quieter where she could relax and get to the bottom of things.

"Commander Misaki" a young ensign said approaching her. "New orders from Starfleet Command" he told her passing her a PADD.

"Thankyou Ensign" she replied taking the device before ge scurried away. Her eyes opened. She was being reassigned, to Outpost 586 on the very edge of Federation Space. The backyard of absolute nowhere. It was well know that officers they wanted out of the way were sent to such places. Another note came with it. A cease order to forget about the Wayfarer, declaring it a lost cause. That seemed fishy to her.

"This is not right at all" she said. She looked over the Promenade again. "Holosuites..." she muttered to herself.

(A few minutes later)

The bath was ready. The large Japanese style bathhouse with a soothing natural hot spring was just what she needed. Akeno appeared sporting Nothing but a towel, her light brown hair trailing down her back.

Removing it she lowered herself into the warm water, it was shallow with the edge of the water lapping into the bottom of her belly button as she breathed. She moved in deeper until it reached her shoulders, and found a rock to lean against.

"Computer" she said simply. "Interface with my personal terminal. Secure and encrypt all information" she commanded. If she could get some answers, she didn't want to risk anyone e looking in, especially whilst she was naked in the hot springs.

"Computer. Access the information on the destruction of the USS Wayfarer. Access Code Misaki Gamma Papa Echo 6"

The computer beeped a few times. "Acces granted" it replied in the female monotone voice.

"Access the crew manifest. Read aloud" she sat back as the computer read out the manifest closing her eyes. "Lieutenant Commander Zoey Perkins, Captain Dick Sprague, Commander Akeno Misaki..."

"Computer Stop" did she hear that right. "Status of Commander Misaki?"

"Declared Deceased. Assigned to Outpost 586" the computer replied.

"Current location?" She asked next.

"Holosuite 57"

"Computer. How can I be classed as dead, assigned to an outpost and also be alive in a holosuite at the same time?" She asked simply.

"That information is not available"

"Didn't think it would be" she muttered to herself.

"Computer. Was there any wreckage found from the Wayfarer?" She asked.

"Affirmative"

"And who confirmed the ships destruction?"

"There is no information on the wreckage of the Starship Wayfarer."

Akeno stood up. She knew this was not right.
"Computer. I need to get to the wreckage site of the Wayfarer. Upload the co-ordinates to my personal database. Is there any available roundabouts on standby?"

"Negative. Command lockout by Starfleet Command. Your access codes have been deleted. Security has been notified"

"Crap" she said. She climbed out of the spring. She popped open the holosuites control panel and accessed the replicator function.

"Computer. Contact Ensign Morrow and Lee as well as Lieutent Dampfish. Have them meet me in Shuttlebay Twelve" she ordered. The Computer beeped again. She quickly dressed, ditching her uniform and comm badge. Emerging in a pair of shorts and a light blue crop top.

She was getting to the bottom of this. Even if it meant sacrificing her Starfleet Career.
