Crew,

First, our Chief Engineer Lt. Tyvok has resigned due to time constraints. Second, Ensign Deborah Bennett decided not to play due to unknown reasons.

Tyvok, it's been fun! I hope you'll someday be able to join us again, but I definitely understand the issues with time constraints. Ens. Bennett, we're glad you gave it a shot, but sorry to hear this just isn't for you.

Finally... as of today I'm going to go ahead and turn over command of this sim to our XO, Commander Akeno Misaki -- this will officially be dated for Oct 1st. However, for story purposes, we'll leave the rank structures in place until the current mission is completed--at that time Misaki will be promoted to Captain. I'll also stay onboard until then for story purposes.

Wayfarer, it's been a blast for me the last month or so. I never planned to command this sim, but circumstances dictated otherwise. You're a great crew, one of the most resilient out there. I have no doubt that you all will continue to make this game better and better. I'll also continue to recruit new players for you guys and all other games in IDF.

Keep up the great work and keep simming!
