New Crewmembers!

Let's welcome our newest crewmembers to the Wayfarer:

Cmdr. Akeno Misaki will be our new XO, and Lt. Cmdr. Zoey Perkins will be our new 2O.

For story purposes, let's say that they're on Starbase 57 and will soon join the ship. Sprague has also been assigned as CO, but he doesn't know it--I'd like to keep it like that for a while.
