To the valiant crew of the USS Wayfarer:

With the unexpected & unfortunate departure of your most recent Commanding Officer, we are please to announce that your new CO will be none other than Captain Dick Sprague. Captain Sprague is no stranger to command, having led no less than 8 starships to date. While his methods may be unorthodox, we can't argue with his results... most of the time.
