Personality & Traits

General Overview		K’Lorr has a thick orange mane, and is comparable in height to most humanoid males. He has excellent hearing with a frequency range beyond that of most humanoids. His tail is usually tucked into his trousers whilst on duty, but when off duty he lets his tail hang out.

Ambitions		K’Lorr would like to approach a command level position at some point of his career, but he knows this may be a few years away yet.
Hobbies & Interests		K’Lorr spends a huge amount of time on his personal hygiene. This isn’t specific to K’Lorr however, as all Caitians take particular pride in their appearance.

Personal History		K’Lorr was born in 2340 on the planet Kirisha, near the Alpha Persei Cluster. This planet was near the outer borders of the Regnancy of the Carnelian Throne and one if the biggest Caitian colonies in the Federation. His mother K’Ressh was the royal advisor to the administrator of the planet, and used her connections to fast-track K’Lorr’s application into Starfleet Academy. At the age of 18 K’Lorr began his studies at the Academy, specifically focusing on Engineering and mechanics. At 22 years of age, the Caitian graduated from the Academy and was posted to the USS Katmandu as engineering assistant. Spending four years on Katmandu, he was promoted to Lieutenant JG and moved to the USS Gran Canaria as assistant Chief Engineering Officer. Having spend three years on Gran Canaria he accepted a teaching position at the Academy. He wasn’t made a full professor, but moved between cohorts assisting various professors in their classes. He loved this job to the point that he never really wanted to move away from teaching. It wasn’t until his 36th birthday that he was offered a CEO position onboard the USS Wayfarer. He accepted his posting in the hope that it would lead to a permanent position at the Academy eventually.
